Confidence system

When supplied, confidence describes a proposed detection or classification. It does not guarantee clean edges, correct typography, or suitable nine-slice borders.

Check clipped corners, overlap, duplicates, and unwanted backgrounds. Confirm labels and types. A high-confidence result can still need cleanup, and a useful region can have a low score.
