Snapping & transforms

Dragging and resizing use nearby geometry and alignment guides. Targets depend on the canvas context. Hold Ctrl while finishing a pointer drag or transform to bypass normal snapping and retain integer-pixel positioning.

Use multi-selection actions to align edges or centers and distribute content. Ctrl/Cmd+Alt+L, C, or R aligns horizontally; Ctrl/Cmd+Alt+T, M, or B aligns vertically. Distribution shortcuts add Shift with H or V.

Edit position, dimensions, and rotation in the inspector. Parent layout rules can affect the result, so check auto layout and absolute positioning if a transform is recalculated.
