Adjust your result

Leave Remove text and date metadata enabled if you don’t need that information in the exported file. For a much smaller file, turn on Reduce colors, then pick a color count and a dithering mode.

A useful tip

Savings depend on the source. An already optimized PNG may show no lossless reduction; the output will not be larger. Reducing colors changes pixels: try 64–256 colors for UI art, and no dithering for pixel art.

Choose a file above, then adjust these settings.

Lossless only. Preserves color profiles and transparency. The output is never larger than your input; some PNGs are already optimal.

Next: prepare your files, then download them below.

Color profiles and transparency are preserved. The tool shows actual byte savings; a smaller file is not guaranteed. The optional Reduce colors mode is lossy: it writes a palette PNG that keeps partial transparency and reports the size before and after.

Example only. Your actual result appears in the workbench after you prepare it. Download before refreshing; files stay in this tab.
